How the money works
1 credit = 1 euro. No subscriptions, and nothing is ever charged that you did not confirm.
- Step 01
Top up your balance
100 credits gives you 100.00 cr to spend. From 500 credits up there is a 10% bonus, and it depends on the amount, not on whether you pressed a preset or typed your own number.
- Step 02
Talk, and the meter runs per second
A reader's rate is shown before you call. Starting needs 3 minutes prepaid, so nobody gets connected for eight seconds.
- Step 03
End it whenever you want
Hang up and the charging stops. If your credits run out you get 30 unbilled seconds to say goodbye or top up. Cutting someone off mid-sentence is not something we do.
