What a minute costs

Each reader sets their own rate inside this corridor and cannot go outside it. The rate is snapshotted when the session starts — if a reader changes their price mid-call, nothing changes for you.

That much must be on your balance before you call. It is not a prepayment or a hold — just a check so that nobody gets connected for a few seconds.

Written write-ups, natal charts and the like, at a fixed price with a delivery date. An order only goes through on your own confirmation.

- The third column is not a typo: 20 minutes and 3 seconds costs three seconds more, not a whole extra minute. Billing is per second, not per started minute.
- Rounding is always down, in your favour — the sub-micro-credit remainder is absorbed by the platform.
- If your credits run out mid-conversation, the meter stops and the call stays up, unbilled, for 30 seconds.
Where the money goes
60% of every charge goes to the reader; the rest funds the platform — connectivity, support, moderation, payments. We state it here because a service that hides its cut usually hides other things too.
What we never charge for
- An unanswered call — there is no such thing here as a connection fee.
- Browsing profiles, reviews and schedules.
- Time when the connection dropped and no conversation was happening.
- The last 30 seconds when your balance hits zero.
- A conversation stopped because of signs of distress.
- Cancelling an appointment ahead of time.
Credits are prepayment for an entertainment service, not e-money and not a payment instrument. They cannot be cashed out; refunds happen through a dispute where a session did not happen or went wrong.
